    2. Spend time outdoors even when you are not smoking. It is cold outside.
    3. Try an alternative smoking method.
    4. Cut down. It is good.
    5. One smoke a day can help.
    6. Try a new flavor while cutting back.
    7. Smoke a little then throw it away. It is expensive. Hey prices went up.
    8. Spend 2 hours not smoking. It is an improvement.
    9. Go spend $1 instead.
    10. Spend $5 bucks if you really mean quitting. You will see.
