    5. Spend time at the bar even though it would be nice to sit in front of a T.V. where you are.

    6. Spend time over and over how you hurt yourself.

    7. Go to lengths to overcome where you are. In hurt.

    9. Go to lengths about over and over.

    10. Think but start cutting down.
